Zach is an associate at Markovits, Stock & DeMarco, where he practices in the area of civil litigation. Previously, he served as an assistant attorney general to Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine, where he represented state agencies in over a hundred administrative hearings and dozens of trial and appellate court actions. In addition, Zach advised his clients on a variety of matters, from Ohio Sunshine Law compliance to questions of statutory interpretation and home-rule analyses.
Zach brings a diverse set of living experiences to the law. Before law school, Zach spent over two years in France and Switzerland, teaching and learning about the cultures of each country. Although he attended high school in Cincinnati, he spent his youth in New Mexico, in Albuquerque and on the Navajo reservation, and in Wisconsin. These experiences have taught Zach to adapt to new circumstances, cultures, and communication styles, and given him the ability to see issues from a variety of perspectives.
