CorrectHealth’s investigation concluded on January 28, 2022, yet notice was not provided to the affected individuals until August 25, 2022. In total, the data of 54,066 individuals was compromised in the breach. CorrectHealth has not explained why it waited seven months to disclose the breach.

- addresses, and
- Social Security numbers.
