On May 20, 2022, SinglePoint’s office was broken into, and two laptops were stolen.  Based on information provided to the California Attorney General by SinglePoint, one of the laptops contained W2 print files for employees of SinglePoint’s clients.
SinglePoint’s investigation that followed determined an unauthorized actor may have had access to personal information stored on SinglePoint’s systems. SinglePoint did not report the data breach to the affected parties until August 3, 2022.

- Full names,
- Social Security numbers.
