The Fontainebleau Hotel confirmed that between August 30, 2022, and September 2, 2022, it experienced a cyberattack by an unauthorized third party. That unauthorized party was able to access Fontainebleau’s network and the files stored within. The Fontainebleau Hotel believes that the third party was able to access files containing private and personal information of its customers.

Upon information and belief, the unauthorized third-party that was able to access the private information of The Fontainebleau Hotel’s customers and employees, including:
- Full names;
- Social Security numbers; and
- Financial account information.
