What Happened?

On August 4, 2023, Radius Global Solutions filed a notice of data breach with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights.  Radius Global Solutions disclosed that the data breach was caused by a breach of its MOVEit file transfer application.  Between May 27, 2023 and May 31, 2023 an unauthorized party accessed and copied certain information from its network.1 In total, the data of 600,794 victims was compromised in the Radius Global Solutions data breach.2
