Do you or a family member own a KitchenAid blender?
Markovits, Stock & DeMarco is investigating claims that KitchenAid has been overstating the power and performance capabilities of its Pro Line and High Performance Blenders.
Blender purchasers who bought a KitchenAid blender described as having 3.0 or 3.5 horsepower are entitled to know what they are actually purchasing. There is currently an investigation into KitchenAid’s heavy-duty blender horsepower advertising and representations, which claim to produce more power than their competitors within the blender industry.
