Regional Eye Associates, Inc. and the Surgical Eye Center of Morgantown did not notify victims of the breach until April 28, 2022.[3] In total, the data of 194,035 individuals was compromised in the breach.[4] Regional Eye Associates, Inc. and the Surgical Eye Center of Morgantown admitted it hasn’t determined the full scope of the compromise yet, but that it decided to inform all individuals whose information was likely impacted.
