Dylan's practice focuses on class action and complex civil litigation with an emphasis on cases involving consumer fraud and data privacy. He also has experience with matters related to sports & entertainment, personal injury, commercial law, civil conspiracy, and civil litigation under the RICO Act.
At the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he spent multiple semesters on the Dean's Honors List, Dylan was selected to the Trial Practice and Moot Court teams, participating in mock trial and appellate court competitions with law students across the country.
Upon graduation, Dylan joined Markovits, Stock & DeMarco, where he quickly gained valuable experience in nearly every facet of the litigation process while skillfully guiding several cases to final judgment, including as a court appointed member of class counsel in multiple actions gaining final approval of class action settlement. In recognition of his achievements, Dylan was named an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2021 and 2023.
Aside from litigation, Dylan is a Certified Agent with the National Football League Players Association. Dylan also advises companies in the CBD and cosmetics industries on matters of compliance with state and federal law.

- Reynolds v. Concordia University, St. Paul, No. 0:21-CV-2560, United States District Court, District of Minnesota, Dylan serves as a member of proposed class counsel in a case based on the unavailability of clinical experience for nursing students during the pandemic. Dylan’s research and writing was instrumental in defeating attempts to dismiss the plaintiff’s breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and promissory estoppel claims. See id., 2022 WL 1323236, at *8-15
- Miranda v. Xavier University, No. 1:20-CV-539, United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, Dylan serves as a member of proposed class counsel in another case based on the unavailability of clinical experience for nursing students during the pandemic. Dylan was the primary drafter of the opposition to the defendant’s argument that the case should be dismissed under the educational malpractice doctrine, which the Court rejected. See id., 2022 WL 899668, at *11.
- Voss v. Quicken Loans, et al., No. A 2002899, Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, Ohio, Dylan serves as a member of proposed class counsel in a putative class action against Rocket Mortgage alleging the untimely filing of mortgage releases. Dylan’s research and writing was vital in securing a decision from the trial court holding that a violation of R.C. 5301.36 confers standing to file a lawsuit under Ohio law.
