Bio
Justin’s practice areas are focused on complex civil litigation and constitutional law, with an emphasis on consumer fraud and defective products. Prior to joining Markovits, Stock & DeMarco in April 2019, Justin practiced at the Finney Law Firm, a boutique law firm specializing in complex litigation, real estate, and constitutional law. Justin was a founding partner at Walker & Turner, Ltd. Before he entered private practice, Justin served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Clermont County and as a law clerk and magistrate in the Hamilton County Ohio Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Norbert A. Nadel. While in law school, Justin served as a judicial extern for Senior United States District Judge Sandra S. Beckwith.
