Herff Jones is a national leader in sales of graduation products, including caps, gowns, announcements, thank you notes, frames, and class rings.  In May 2021, certain colleges and universities’ soon-to-be graduates started experiencing fraudulent transactions on the payment cards that were utilized when making purchases from Herff Jones.

Plaintiffs Angela Garrett and Crysta Garner are the named plaintiffs in the class action complaint filed against Herff Jones in the Southern District of Indiana. A copy of the complaint may be accessed here. The Plaintiffs each experienced fraudulent purchase activity on their credit or debit cards in May 2021 after making graduation-related purchases from Herff Jones in April 2021.
