Wells Fargo Bank N.A., No. 1:19-cv-00638-TSB (S.D. Ohio). Through the settlement, roughly 1,830 class members will receive over $ 9 million in direct cash payments. No claim forms are required as the payment check will be issued directly to the class members. The rest of the settlement amount will be used to pay settlement administration fees and expenses, attorneys’ fees and expenses, and class representatives’ incentive awards.
