Partnership HealthPlan of California did not notify victims of the breach until May 18, 2022.[3] In total, the data of 854,913 individuals was compromised in the breach.[4] Partnership HealthPlan of California admitted it hasn’t determined the full scope of the compromise yet, but that it decided to inform all individuals whose information was likely impacted.
WHAT INFORMATION WAS EXPOSED IN THE DATA BREACH?
Partnership HealthPlan of California has disclosed the following information was included in the data breach:
- full names,
- dates of birth,
- Social Security numbers,
- driver’s license numbers,
- tribunal ID numbers,
- medical record numbers,
- prescription information,
- medical treatment and diagnosis information,
- health insurance information,
- portal usernames and passwords,
- email addresses, and
- home addresses.[5]
