Markovits, Stock & DeMarco, LLC Gains Final Approval of $4.25 Million Settlement in Treadmill CHP Class Action

On June 27, 2022, United States District Judge Edmund A. Sargus, Jr.  granted Plaintiff’s Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement in Walker v. Nautilus, Inc., No. 2:20-cv-3414 (S.D. Ohio). The Settlement provides a $4.25 million non-reversionary common fund, a year subscription to the interactive fitness app JRNY, and changes to Nautilus’s CHP statements on its treadmills. Participating Class Members will receive cash payments of roughly $160 each and the year subscription to the JRNY app (valued at $150 per year) for a total value of approximately $310 per participating Class Member.
