Supplylogic, LLC Data Breach Class Action Investigation

WHAT HAPPENED?

According to the Notice of Data Security Incident SupplyLogic sent to the Massachusetts Attorney General on August 9, 2022, SupplyLogic experienced a cyber-incident impacting certain individuals’ payment card information.[2] SupplyLogic stated that it “provides business-to-business services and may have your personal information if your organization received services from Supplylogic.”[3]

WHAT INFORMATION WAS EXPOSED IN THE DATA BREACH?

SupplyLogic stated that the following private information was included in the data breach,

  • Name,
  • Credit or debit card number,
  • CVV, and
  • Expiration date.
