WHAT HAPPENED?

See Tickets US detected a cyberattack on its computer systems and servers in April 2021.[1] See Tickets US admitted the breach involves confidential and personal information, and their investigation determined that the unauthorized individuals had access for nearly three years.[2] See Tickets US has disclosed names, addresses, zip codes, and payment card information were included in the breach, but it is suspected that other consumer information may also have been stolen.[3]

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IMPACTED BY THE DATA BREACH?

See Tickets US did not report the data breach to the authorities and the affected parties for months after detecting the attack, notifying impacted individuals for the first time on October 21, 2022.[4] In total, the data of 447,135 individuals was compromised in the breach.[5]
