On September 21, 2022, Simmons Bank discovered that one of its vendors, Mayer Brown, experienced a data breach related to one of its vendors, AMS Collaborator. AMS Collaborator is a software company based in Salem, Oregon..  As a result of this data breach, and unauthorized third party accessed and copied certain personal information belonging to Simmons Bank’s customers. [1]  In total, the data of  an unknown number of individuals was compromised in the breach.[2]
