CGM, Inc. confirmed that from December 15, 2022, through December 28, 2022, an unauthorized third party was able to access its network. After investigation, CGM, Inc. determined that this unauthorized third party was able to gain access to files containing sensitive personal information belonging to CGM, Inc.’s clients, partners, and employees.[2]
WHAT INFORMATION WAS EXPOSED IN THE DATA BREACH?
The unauthorized third-party that was able to access the following private information:
- Driver’s license numbers; and
- Government Identification numbers.[3]
