Markovits, Stock, & DeMarco, LLC attorneys Terry Coates and Dylan Gould along with their co-counsel recently helped their clients resolve a class action lawsuit against Advocate Aurora Health relating to its alleged unauthorized use of the Meta tracking pixel on Advocate’s website, LiveWell app, and MyChart portal: In re Advocate Aurora Health Pixel Litigation, No. 22-CV-1253-JPS (E.D. Wis.). Through the settlement, roughly 2,500,000 class members will receive pro rata payments up to $50 per class member.
