On December 13, 2022, Bailey Cavalieri became aware of suspicious activity on its network.[1] An investigation uncovered that from November 22, 2022, through December 13, 2022, unauthorized third parties were able to access and/or acquire sensitive personal information stored on Bailey Cavalieri’s network. Bailey Cavalieri began notifying victims of this data breach via notice letters sent on or around August 17, 2023.[2]

- Full names;
- Financial account numbers;
- Credit card numbers; and
- Account security information (PIN, security code, passwords, etc.).[3]
