PurFoods experienced suspicious account behavior on February 22, 2023 and then determined that it experienced a cyberattack between January 16, 2023 and February 22, 2023, that included the encryption of certain files on PurFoods’s network and the presence of tools that could be used for data exfiltration.[1]

- Driver’s license/state identification number,
- Financial account and/or payment card information,
- Medical information,
- Health information, and,
- Date of birth.

Approximately 1,237,681 individual’s private information was involved in PurFoods’ data breach.
