WHAT HAPPENED?
Acrisure, LLC detected a cyberattack on its computer systems and network that involves the confidential and personal information, including but not limited to:

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IMPACTED BY THE DATA BREACH?
Acrisure, LLC did not report the data breach to the authorities and many of the affected parties until November 14, 2023.[2] While the total number of impacted individuals is unknown at this time, the data of 676 Texas residents was compromised in the breach.[3]
