WHAT HAPPENED?
On June 26, 2023, NSC Technologies became aware of some unauthorized access to its network and internal computer systems. An investigation uncovered that between June 19, 2023, and June 20, 2023, unauthorized third parties were able to access and acquire information stored on NSC Technologies’ server.[1] NSC Technologies recently began notifying individuals and states’ Attorneys General of the Data Breach, estimating that the private sensitive information of more than 48,000 individuals was impacted in the breach.[2]

NSC Technologies has disclosed the following information was included in the data breach:
- Full names; and
- Social Security numbers.[3]
