Burr & Forman LLP did not report the data breach to the authorities and many of the affected parties until January 11, 2024.[3] While the total number of individuals impacted by the breach remains unknown at this time, Burr & Forman LLP has disclosed that the private information of 16,581 individuals from Texas was compromised in the breach.[4]
