Transformative Healthcare Data Breach Class Action Investigation

WHAT HAPPENED?

Transformative Healthcare determined that an unauthorized third party obtained information within a data storage archive for Fallon, a subsidiary of Transformative Healthcare. The data breach took place from February 17, 2023 and April 22, 2023. Transformative Healthcare states information included in the data breach contained the individual’s name, address, Social Security number, medical information, and information submitted to Fallon for employment purposes.

According to its notification to the Office of the Main Attorney General, approximately 911,757 individuals’ private information was impacted in Transformative Healthcare’s data breach.

 

WHAT INFORMATION WAS EXPOSED IN THE DATA BREACH?

Transformative Healthcare reported that the following information was included in the data breach:

  • names,
  • addresses,
  • Social Security numbers
  • Medical information,
  • and information submitted to Fallon for employment purposes.[1]
